Colson Kelly, or Machine Gun Kelly is best well-known for his distinctive style of rap he employs. Baker was born in Houston, Texas U.S. on April 22nd 1990, to parents of English Scottish German descent. In his early years Baker, he spent a good amount of time travelling along with his parents who were missionaries. James Colson Baker suffered from depression and was unemployed and Sonia Alane abandoned them at the age of nine. After that, Baker and his dad moved to Denver which was where they resided with his aunt, who was his father's. Other kids in the area had a tendency to bully Baker due to his indigence. In sixth grade, Baker began listening to rap. Colson Kelly Baker was born 22 April 1990 in Texas America. His compositions are known to fuse contemporary hip-hop and rock music with alternative music. Baker had released four mixtapes from 2007 to the year 2010 prior to signing with Bad Boy Records. In the wake of delivering his lyrics faster than bullet trains and a soaring voice, the Cleveland rapper experienced a swift rise to fame in 2011. He went from releasing self-released tapes before the signing of labels. The career of the rapper took off from there, with all of his albums reaching the top 10 charts.
